The customer and Setters.ai must agree in writing on the eligible booked calls, historical show-rate baseline, data source, exclusions, pilot fee, start date, and comparison method before any pilot calls begin.
Thirty-day comparison
The pilot runs for 30 consecutive days unless the written pilot agreement specifies another start or pause condition. Performance is measured only across eligible bookings handled by the approved Setters.ai confirmation workflow.
Guarantee
If the eligible-booking show rate during the completed pilot does not exceed the agreed baseline under the agreed comparison method, the confirmation pilot fee is waived. This is a fee guarantee, not a promise of revenue, sales, close rate, or any specific percentage improvement.
Fair comparison
Bookings affected by customer cancellations, invalid contact data, technical access removed by the customer, material workflow changes, force majeure, or other exclusions agreed before launch are handled according to the written pilot agreement.
Scope
The guarantee applies only to the Setters.ai Confirmations pilot. It does not apply to Appointment Setting, third-party service fees, or work outside the agreed pilot workflow.
